Cash deposits

Made Cash deposit to Discovery Bank account today not clearing immediately and debit orders will run tonight....As Discovery has no ATMs, deposit was made at third party Shoprite Ridgeway...why are the client penalise for Discovery arrangement with third party? I have the proof of deposits which it was not suggested by consultants to send proof of deposit in order to clear funds. Had a bad experience with three consultants the first said"nothing we can do" 2nd and third consultant...just cut my call!! The 4th consultant Tsapelo really took the time to assist. Can the proof of deposit not be send?
