CASE #[***] - Case *** Credit Acc closure

I closed the credit account of R 553.00 to which I don’t know where it come from. After some months the bank send again an amount that I owe them, I did pay & settled it. This week they said I owe R 23,00. The intention is to keep it open until they says I owe them more than R 500 again. I have sent requests for closure on number of occasions, bank says they only goin to close the account if I send my personal account for repayment for extra money paid. I did that but to must surprise they are saying e mail they had communicated with me is not working or is not in use. I must call or get an app. When you call the voice recorder says someone will call me press No 1. To this day I haven’t got any call but the account is not closed as yet. I am afraid if this account is not going to close one day I will be obligated to pay R 5000.00.
