I opened my account online in October and they said they will send me my card within two or three days, even now I have not received my card and the is no communication from them about my card

We see that you have opened a Demand Savings Account.
Our savings accounts do not get physical cards as this is done to encourage saving, only our transactional and credit card accounts come with physical card.
