Card consultants snap and cut calls

Just received a call from Jasmine at Discovery Bank. She wanted to know when my card could be delivered. I told her that I did not accept the credit card offer due to the limit being too low. She rudely cut in telling me that I need to build up credit. As I was replying she rudely cut me off. Is this hiw you train your consultants? Zero way of speaking, explsining, pausing to listrn to the customer...nothing!!! I am glad I cancelled my application.
