Card Closure

On the 3rd of March I called Discovery to request them to close my Discovery Card and I was informed the turnaround time is 5 working day, I called again on the 10th since I have not heard from Discovery the \manager\" promised to investigate and get back to me by close of business the following day(Friday 11th) as of Today 15th March I'm yet to get feedback.<br> <br> I emailed the Discovery Card form last week which I was never told the first time I need to fill and submit, when I called today I'm told they never received it. The service is so poor I will never recommend anyone to Discovery in general, I'm even considering removing my Investment and Medical aid. "
