Card cancellation

I’m so ****ed off with this bank , credit card department . Someone from Fgro called me last year for the application on this credit card , I took the card maybe in October if I’m not mistaken I haven’t used it as yet . The charges are way too much and I simply can’t afford it , I keep emailing this lady back to please assist me to cancel the card because I don’t want it . I’m happy with my own bank . Charges are way less , when I call discovery lines I can never get through .. it’s been a couple months now and nobody has ever gotten back to me . Tried doing it on the app , it says card cancelled but I’m still being charged .
