Card blockec with bad excuse
I am furious. I been wit discovery for 15+ years. Yesterday/today i want to use my credit card. Its been blocked. Phoned this morning call centre. Oh...you on debt review. You ask for debt assistance. Where in your life did I request that. Never in my nearly 70 years did I ask for debt assistance?? Afterwards the lady came back with excuse OH its a system error. The worst excuse they can use. I had a red face in the shop not be able to pay my shopping. Now I doubt if Discovery is really so good??

Its your duty to check that the card is unblock and restored. Im to scared to go to a shop for incase its not working. Just to mention that I have a 717 credit score and now this bad reflection? I dont think this is going down very good. Im really and truely disappionted
