Card Application a nightmare

After submitting 6 months bank statements, 3 months payslips, the staff reviewing my application still managed to list my income vastly below the actual amount. They then want to say that I cannot afford the card...

They actually behave in such a way that appears to me as though they are trying to irritate me.

I don't know how to explain their inability to read a simple payslip. The level of training must be so low that they cannot even understand what paye and uif are.

Incompetence and no ability to escalate to somebody with a brain. Making me reconsider having anything with discovery if this is the level of service I can expect everytime there is an issue!

I finally spoke to somebody more competent who outlined what the potential issue is with my appilication.

Let's see if this resolves the issue...

I spoke too soon. Back to complete incompetence.

I now think I have resolved the issue on my side (with no thanks to discovery), but after speaking to somebody on Monday, there has been zero communication in the discovery back office.

The people replying to my emails behave as if there has been no other correspondence except for email.

If I can't resolve this card application nightmare, I may as well move medical aids as well, because the only reason I want the card is to activate my booster benefits.
