Card again not working
<p>My Discovery card has again been blocked as apparently it still needs to be FICA. I went through the same issue last month to get Discovery Card to FICA my card as I have supp**** all necessary documentation to them. Now blocked again??? This is really getting to a point where I honestly doubt whether they have got any control over whats happening at all.</p>
