Card Admin fees
<p>Discovery card has been debiting my debit card for over a year. even after countless email trying to stop my card. They must refund me all my money.</p> <p>sent my cancellation form in January 2016 until now they still debiting my account. this is theft.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
