Can't reverse unauthorised transactions.

I have been with Discovery Bank for about a year. Their service is mediocre at best. The only reason I keep my account with them is because of the rewards that I get. Today I tried to reverse an unauthorised debit order on my account. The consultant was very unhelpful and basically told me that I could only dispute the debit order and that I could not reverse the transaction.
