Can’t report *****

I’m trying to report multiple ********** transactions on my credit card but the call is always dropped! I waited over 45 minutes to talk to someone on just one call.. I’ve made more than 3 calls.. nobody can ever phone back either. How can I possibly report ***** if nobody picks up the phone??!!
