Cant open an account ever

I have been trying to open an account with Discovery bank since Feb. After numerous calls finally got my OTP sorted but now when i try joining the bank via the app I STILL get the same error "ID Number does not exist" it really cannot be this difficult to want to open an account with Discovery only to have no luck whatsoever!!!!!!!!

I have heard nothing but good things this has really been the worst experience for me!
