Can't get hold of anyone at Discovery

Is there some other way to reach Discovery bank - I have called several times, on a normal call and through the app. I was on the calls for over 30 minutes with no answer. I eventually selected the option for someone to call me back which still hasn't happened. I have also sent an email to *** on Thursday 26 Feb, 09:25 (12 days ago) and have still not had a reply. Not really sure how a bank operates when you don't believe talking to your clients is necessary.
