Can't get help

Appaling. Even trying to cancel for a year. Overseas and no way of getting new card or being fica compliant. Getting charged monthly and no answer to emails. Family in South Africa cannot even get a human to assist because you cannot get one on the line. Otp pin doesn't come through but can't get hold of them to rectify.... Originally, my mother managed to speak to Mina who said she handed over query to accounts and would email me and call me. Nothing to date. I am out of my mind. Almost going to have to wait to be handed over so that I can talk to the lawyers to cancel this account. Seriously, this is shocking
