Can't even deliver a bank card

Discovery Bank and DSV cannot deliver a bank card without multiple meaningless messages and phone calls. Discovery Bank cannot be contacted by phone. DSV have phoned 6 times advising that my card is on the way but nothing materialises. Customer service is nonexistent . I have signed broker notes to look for alternatives as a result.
