Can't draw cask from ATM from Transaction account

I called Discovey Bank last night. I can't withdraw money from my Transaction account. The agent I spoke to couldn't help me BUT said she would call me back today by 10h30am. STILL WAITING. Today i call REF NO *** Agent name Selelo took my call. Asked why I cant with at the ATM from the Transaction acc. No he says its for setting up EFT payments from that account. I ask him to please close that account.I was told WE CANT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. WE WONT CHARGE YOU FOR THE ACCOUNT.WHAT KIND OF BANK IS THIS IF YOU CANT CLOSE AN ACCOUNT?????????????
