Can’t change OTP number

Discovery Bank - this is really frustrating. I’m overseas and don’t have access to my SA number. However, my OTP goes to that number- therefore I can’t to anything. To make it more frustrating, I can’t remember my online banking password. When I want to change, guess what? I need my OTP. I phoned discovery yesterday and was transferred 5 times to different departments. Until someone said OH you need to phone FNB. Obvs FNB had technical issues and I don’t get through to anyone. Can someone just please assist? How difficult can it be to make an email address the otp confirmation? Please phone me to my NL number +***5
