Cannot close Discovery Credit Card

I have been trying to close my Discovery Card for the last 3 weeks. The last time I have called them was on 29 July 2020 with reference number ***. They promised that someone will call me and no luck to date. Another month-end and another minimum payment due and still an active account.

What to I need to do to get this closed!

The CEO and other directors just cash in every month and we have to struggle. Come on, Mr Barry ****...WE NEED SOME HELP HERE!!!!
