Cannot access my bank account

I have been struggling to access my bank account for 2 days now, and therefore cannot access my funds. What's worse is that I don’t have any branch to go to, and when I called discovery they told me to log a call and that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. So what am I supposed to do between now and then?

My wife is waiting at a fuel station waiting for me to send her money for fuel, and I can’t, and all discovery said was that they can’t do anything for me and I need to send an email.

This is the worst!!!!
