Cancellation Request

<p>I have sent a cancellation request on the 11 November 2016. I requested the settlement amount and was given a cancellation form which had to be completed. I was informed that there was infact funds owing to me.</p> <p>I completed the cancellation form and returned it the same day. It has been 2 weeks, and I have been informed that I owe money as interest accured.</p> <p>How is this possible if i cancelled the exact same day as I received my settlement figure??? This interest obviously occured days later, which shoulnt have happened if the effective date of the cancellation was completed on the 11th as requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>Siphiso is assisting me, but is informing me that he is having difficulty with this specific department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref ********** 652</p>
