Can't pay with discovery miles
For the second time in 2 weeks I cant pay with my discovery miles on [URL Removed] I keep on getting an error :<br> <br> Sorry, this service has a technical problem at the moment. Please try again later.<br> <br> We're working hard to solve the problem to give you the excellent service you expect. If the problem persists, please contact the call centre on ***.<br> <br> When I called the number above I was told via voice mail that everyone is on an office party. Why not arrange skeleton staff and deliver a service for which we pay a lot of money. <br> <br> Realy frustrating. Especially in the festive season time where people are buying Xmas gifts so that it can be delivered in time.<br> <br> Please fix your website so that we can pay with the miles we have earned.
