******* can still use your bank card after you have paused it

I started getting deductions on my Discovery bank account over a year ago. Despite pausing the bank card Discovery still allowed the debit order to go off monthly. I eventually had to change banks because of this. A year later and they are still allowing this debit order to go off monthly. I requested that they cancel my bank account a year ago and they are still charging me bank fees every month and allowing this bank charge to go off my account. I now have a minus R2000 balance. If they do not wipe this account clean and close it I will be taking them to the banking obudsman next.
