Discovery Bank has been assisting with CASE ***#

I have a complaint regarding the turn around time because i cannot afford to wait any longer. But first, I have to admit i am generally quite satisfied with their service.

At the moment i have to make payments and i need immediate access to all my funds. Although they have been trying to assist it is not to my satisfaction and they promised that i will have access in 48 hours. But i have been delayed for about a week and a half. When i have tried to access my app i do not see the full balance of my funds in addition to that, I’m unable to transact on those funds. I’m not able to wait longer unfortunately. When i hav tried making payments it states that there’s an “industry issue”.. I’m not sure what that means.

I am asking for more urgency so i can access my funds quicker and to be able to do my banking as usual. Although there has been communication, which i appreciate, it feels like i am going round in circles with no solution on place. It is way past 48 hours and still no changes.

Can Discovery Bank keep their promise and deliver. Like they always do! Please and Thank you!
