Calls,calls and more harassing calls 😡

Never in my life have I been so harassed. I am unable to use my cell phone during the day due to the nature of my job. In 1 day discovery bank called me 17 times. Is this even allowed? Email correspondence seems unavailable as an option. Unavailable
