Calabash tickets changed to inferior seats

Unfortunately, I will never use my Discovery Bank Credit Card again to book show tickets online. According to Ticketmaster, customers who purchased their tickets using their Discovery Bank credit card would have their show tickets upgraded. However the events company reallocated us with inferior seats and we were not given a choice to accept the "upgrade". It happened automatically. Very disappointed since we have been moved to cheaper seats and get no feedback. This is an unfortunate situation since it is not actually Discovery Bank at fault, but using their credit card has placed us in this position and Ticketmaster is refusing to give us our old seats back.
