Budget facility
Good day
I just have a quick question regarding your credit card budget facility, how do I make online pirchases and put them on the budget facility? If I may make an example, I have been using FNB as well and when making online purchases as soon as you enter your card number when making online purchases it gives you 2 options for budget and straight, then you can select the number of months you can take to pay back…but I haven’t seen anything like that with your card…is there a way to make online purchases go on to the budget facility??

Apologies for the late reply and thank you for the question.
We do have a Budget Facility accounts. You have the ability to open a budget facility upon a transaction at Point of sale and you can choose budget option and select the number of months.
You can also move transactions to budget facility only "Purchase" transactions other than Fuel can be moved to budget (not Cash Withdrawals, EFT outwards etc.) you can give us a call to get that done.

You can also move transactions to budget facility only "Purchase" transactions other than Fuel can be moved to budget (not Cash Withdrawals, EFT outwards etc.) you can give us a call to get that done.
- Transactions can be placed on budget for a minimum of six months and up to a maximum of 24 months (increments of six months)
- 20% rule applies and it is up to the cardholder to ensure that they do not use this 20% (Can only have a maximum of 80% of their total credit card limit on their budget facility)
