BREAK IN SERVICES
SO I WANTED TO APPLY FOR A DISCOVERY CARD AND THEY TELL ME THAT NO NEW APPLICATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AS THE BANK IS BEING LAUNCHED SO HOW DO I APPLY AND WHEN WILL THEY BE TAKING NEW APPLICATIONS
