Booking Issue & ********* Advertising by Discovery Travel

I booked a trip on the Discovery Travel platform for my family of four to travel to The Cavern this coming weekend. I have 2 x issues Their website displayed a room rate at a maximum 2 x adults per room. I therefore booked 2 x rooms. When I received my confirmation I saw only 1 x adult was booked per room. I called in yesterday to have this resolved. I have not yet received a call back - 24 hours later. I spoke to Boitumelo yesterday who advised she would escalate and revert. I followed up today with Darren.

I have subsequently gone directly to The Cavern website – their advertised rate for exactly the same room and for the same dates is the same price as Discovery Travel after their falsely advertised ‘discount’.
