Blocking all your acounts for silly amounts outstanding (R2.66) and more issues

This bank will block your account of you are behind with R2.66 even though you werent even aware of it! THEN when you pay this ridiculous amount for a week or two after you are harrassed daily with sms’s and emails claiming that silly amount is still outstanding! Also you arrange over phone for repayment on your cheque account for a certain date and still every day you are phoned by agents looking for payment. Some of them even phone you and when you eventually answer they say “oh i see its noted om the system” why phone me then? Apparantly ‘technical errors’. This bank scares me. I will never used it as my primary bank. I might fall behind with 50c somehow and get blocked without notification.
