Blocked card

Hlw I hv a problem with discovery bank my account is blocked and the person who send me money we went together to do a affidavit at police station he told them he did send me the money I didn't ***** the money from his account we send that affidavit and I'd cope of the person who send me money he gv me prof of payment I send to discovery bank and am not able to use my money but discovery bank every month is taking my money without my permission I realy hate this bank
