Blocked account

They have been blocking my bank since last year I provided all the information they needed I tried to call but no response they locked 1600 of my money in the bank

Unfortunately I can't see the bank reply but all I can say is I'm very disappointed in the bank because my account even now is frozen , no ongoing case or anything since last year June no responses or anything *** , Sanda Radebe that's my details
