My discovery bank account is blocked and I've tried calling them to find out why and they're not giving me a valid reason, they just say they're investigating and they will get back to me. Discovery bank it's very *********** I tell you.

There is a ***** lock on your account, this is due to another bank's client prompting a transaction made to your account a **********.

There is an investigation that is being conducted, for the lock to be removed we need to complete the investigation. We have reached out to the ***** team and the investigator will contact you for any further feedback.
