Blocked account

It's a year now since my account is Paused and freezed with the money inside without getting help from Discovery Bank to unblock it.and I use that account to receive money and pay for stokvels.im so disappointed in them and I don't recommend them for anyone.i never experience this with other banks. Worst part they paused it with the money I had to use for stokvel and now my stokvel people no longer believe in me.please fix this.
