Blocked account

My account is blocked and I can't do any transactions and when I call Discovery bank , they tell me someone reported me for ***** which is nonsense if you ask me, I just wonder why didn't they can me first to confirm the *****ulent activity before blocking my account on just mere accusations, Discovery bank is a joke I tell you
