Billing on non existing Account
For the past few months, I've been receiving messages that i owe your credit card money, i was issued the card by FNB on behalf of Discovery in 2014 or 2015,never used the card before, and why is Discovery now having an idea that I'll ever need or i should pay for something i am not using
