Big Ups to the Awesome agent that Delogently helped

Went into a certain retail store this afternoon to go finally purchase a product that I had promised to purchase for my wife. Tried redeeming my Discovery Miles so I could be able to pay a discounted price on the product in question and my Miles bombed out on me. Frustrated like Mad when everything I tried in an endeavor to resolve the challenge, I decided to call my Discovery bank. A very Knd, Patient and Deligent lady that I couldn't get the name for answered my call. Because my bank app was acting up, I couldn't get to verify my account via my app nor could I verify it via the OTPs that she kept sending me. After trying a few time , instead of giving up on me , she suggested that we use the question verification method up until the verification was done successfully. When I eventually got to tell her what my challenge was, she told me she would put me on hold for about 4min max and come back to me either with a positive answer or let me know if she was still busy with my query at the least. To my comfort she kept coming back to me every 2min with a progressive update. Subsequently she told me that all is on order. However, the turnaround for my resolution was 24 to 48hrs. To my pleasant surprise by 18h00 already my query was Resolved and my lost Miles were successfully revored and restored back to my app and first thing tomorrow morning I will be back at the store as they open their doors
