Beyond useless, the idea is there but delivery is lacking

Absolutely shocking is all I can say.

I’ve probably been on the phone to them over 20 times (not an exaggeration) for various things including submitting supporting documents.

Their app is very slick but is not fit for purpose.

Best to stick to a bank you can actually drop in to and get things sorted in one visit rather than struggle over the phone to someone who needs to speak to a different department for answers.
