Beware! they are not there Not for client services

Do not fall into the trap! I have not used the transaction account for almost 3 years as everything went under debt review - still they bill fees and interest and heaven knows what else on this account. When I wanted to stop they fees and enquiry why the account is still open All I got was pay the monies first then we will look at closing it! This account keeps accumulating fees and yet you cant stop it or close the account until all the cost for the past 3 years has been paid - And they want you to trust them with your money - no thank you never again
