Yes, they've had teething problems but this is to be expected. What's important is how they resolve issues that arise and in my personal situation, I give Discovery Bank 10/10. I'd specifically like to mention Warren M******d and Sarisha N****o. Sarisha provided regular feedback and was extremely proactive. To all of you out there wanting instant gratification, give them a chance. They've got lots to work on and improve but they're getting there!
