My card was used on Uber eats, which I do not have. I have never lost my card and I was at home with my daughter at the time of the transaction. Usually online card purchases are authenticated on the app but this one is where they drew the line. Both Uber eats and Discovery Bank are giving me a run around with my money but they were quick to send a new card, which I will have no use for if this matter is not resolved because why would I want to bank where my money is not safe?
