Banking with Discovery not Good idea
Good day. transaction declined due to network and service provide confirmed that they did not receive money. but discovery is not reversing my money. I think is time to look for Bank

If the transaction was unsuccessful then it most likely went into a pending status which will automatically reverse itself.
Could you perhaps confirm which transaction you're referring to and I'd be happy to have a look for you.
