Banking issue not resolved after more than a month
The secondary card on my discovery account was locked on 26 October and immediately reported. After various phone calls I lodged an official complaint on 7 November by email. It has now been more than a month and the new secondary card on my account has yet to be issued and delivered with constant follow up from my side. I can't understand how a bank cannot issue a card linked to an account within a reasonable time period. I have even tried to issue a virtual card without success.

Please note this has still not been resolved. After yet again more phone calls we are ow being told that my husband need to get ***** clearance. No guidance as to why and how to get this done. It has been an issue since 26 October this year to sort out the secondary card. We are now in the process of moving banks.
