I AM TRYING TO CONTACT DISCOVERY BANK ONCE AGAIN TO GET FEEDBACK ON MY CLOSED CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WHICH THEY ARE STILL DEDUCTING INTEREST OR SOME FEE FROM. THE CALL DOES NOT GET ANSWERED AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME YET.

Thank you for responding, but this is just not good enough. Over 2 months to close a Credit card and no response and then you add fees to my account? I paid my account in full. I have not had any body phone me. I really can't wait to take all my business away from Discovery.
