Bank will not close my account I have a ref num
I request my account be closed completely was given a reference number and still waiting it has now taken 3 days

I requested my account be closed completely in may, june i received a call to say this will be actioned and they will send me notification within a week what i owe them, i still have not had this mail
I have now looked at my account statement and they are still charging me account fees and something else.
I know this account was paid up at the end of may so the closing of the account should not have been an issue

Discovery bank is not a bank but a **** they are steeling money from people
I requested my account be closed completely in may, june i received a call to say this will be actioned and they will send me notification within a week what i owe them, i still have not had this mail
I have now looked at my account statement and they are still charging me account fees and something else.
I know this account was paid up at the end of may so the closing of the account should not have been an issue

27 Aug 2020, 10:47it is now the end of august and i am still being charged for an account i did not ask for and an account that should have been closed by the end of june, i even made sure i was paid up and over paid so as to cover any amounts outstanding
