Bank that calls its client by false name.

I have registered to open a discovery bank account on their app with my personal information and documents and after 2 days from my registration when I went in my app it saying register again! And couple of days before I received a mail from discovery bank mentioned my name as mr.adnre ! But that was not my name. Now my question is any bank ,they supposed to be very specific and secure for their clients and yet I am mr.huda and caledl by mr. Andre! Isn't it hilarious?and if I been called by mr.andre then how much my personal information are safe with this bank? Are you guys running a bank or a circus?
