Bank Statement disappointment

I have been waiting for my current bank statement for more than 24 hours even though I explained that ineed it urgently. I am so disappointed, I followed more thatn 3 times bit still I haven't received the statement. Why can't they make it available on the app and not make us wait until a certain day to get a statement?
