Bank stamp required

I have tried numerous of times a email to discovery email to request a bank stamp from them to proof I do not have account wirh them I even called a few times and phone keeps being dropped or I get transferred to wrong departments this is highly poor that a simple thing as a stamp is to much work just to help me
