Bank rewards | No payment since 3 months

I have been calling following people to resolve my bank rewards since last 3 months without any resolution. Only resolution they have is our systems team is checking. it looks like no system teams exist. i don't know what to do as i am tired of begging discovery for the benefits that they advertise but cannot disburse.

May be you guys not checking my email. Hope you check your reviews on hellopter and do something because your systems team is useless and making your efforts go in vain in helping out clients.
