Bank fees on a blocked account

You people don't even deserve a star, you blocked my account last year, and I've provided you with all the documents you want, now you are taking bank fees on the account you blocked, so this means you the only ones who can use the money on my I can't but I can't, you people are ****s.

Hi I've been waiting for your feedback and I can see that you guys a still taking banking fees on my account, how do you guys access an account that you put onhold, so the owner of the account doesn't have access to the account but you guys are taking money from it.
